What if I arrive late?

This will just cut into your time. We leave the dock at the time specified. If you arrive 30 minutes late, you just cut into 30 minutes of your time.

What if it rains?

We can reschedule due to weather. Just choose a different date and time.

Is my deposit refundable?

It is not refundable. Its not refundable because we cant make money on the day you book. If you book and others want the day, we tell them no and lose potential business. Plus our staff only works when a booking happens. Our staff clears their personal schedule to make time for you to have a wonderful time. If for some reason you can not make it, please let us know 24 hours in advance so we can reschedule to a different day. If you cancel the day of you will lose your deposit if you don’t show up.
